What we liked was Alexis at the front desk. When we arrived, she gave us a room, but you couldn't see the TV from the bed as it was bolted to a very low cabinet that was 18 inches high (couldn't see the TV over our feet....very bad design). We asked to switch rooms, which she did for us. TV was a bit higher. You need to upgrade the rooms and put the TVs on the wall so people can see the TV lying in bed.
