I received a text message the day before arrival from the host to ask about my arrival time. The host indeed welcomed me to the location and gave a small tour of the property. Very responsive to my follow up text messages with additional questions. The room was spacious and clean. Nice shower and good coffeemaker.

Great location, close to the Lungomare and several great restaurants in walking distance! The room was very cosy and spacious, perfect stay for several nights. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Functioning smart TV. Could black out the room well enough during the night. The bathroom was also spacious and had enough space for all the toiletries. Easy check in and entrance with instructions provided by the host.
