Staff were wonderful could not have been more welcoming or helpful 😁 spoke great English.. hotel was spotless and historic . The botanical gardens are amazing

The hotel is an oasis in the mist of the chaotic city center of naples. Everything works properly and on time, the stuff is super kind and helpful and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Our room was actually very big, with big wardrobe and 3 huge windows that had a view in the city center, the capodimonti hilll and the botanical garden. The water pressure and the temperature of the water in the bathroom was absolutely perfect!!! Since it was really cold these days in Naples, we enjoyed this a lot. Also the breakfast is value for money. A lot of sweet options and a few savory (this is quite normal in Italy, to have a sweet for breakfast). Extra bonus: They stuff was also flexible when we requested to add breakfast only for one person of the room.

Good position but hotel needs uplifting. Furnishings are old and shabby looking instead of lifting up the history it makes it look worn. Bathroom had a smell to it.
