Nice hotel only a couple mins walk from the main train station. Breakfast was great - there was fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals, pastries, eggs and cheeses. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our air conditioner didn't work and they found a fan for us straight away (as it was late by the time we got back and realised it wasent working) and as they were completely booked out, they organised for us to move to another (nicer) hotel with working air conditioner the next day without us having to ask.

The location of the hotel is excellent, in a walking distance to the main tourist attractions, to the Garibaldi Train Station, to the Underground and the airport bus stop. The rooms are very clean and with the most important facilities. The staff at the reception is very friendly, talkative and always ready to provide lots of useful tips on sightseeing and staying in Naples. Breakfasts served at the hotel are very varied and delicious with a range variety of dishes.
