We booked in to the Holiday Inn last minute after arriving to our booked accommodation and finding it to be not suitable. We arrived at the hotel 15 minutes after booking, at 9pm, stressed tired and with a unsettled child. Angelo on the front desk was wonderful! He was so helpful and reassuring. The room was made up quickly for us and we were directed to the restaurant, where we had a wonderful meal and finally relaxed. All the staff were fantastic, friendly and kind. The food and the breakfast was very good. The hotel room was comfy and spotless. Next time we need an airport stop over, we will just book a Holiday Inn and save ourselves the stress.

The location was good. It was quiet and away from the bustle and noise of other areas. Had metro station near and the main train station is walkable.

The room was great - very clean and brilliant views. The hotel staff were friendly and the onsite facilities were good. The location is close.to the metro, which was very useful and only a few minutes walk (well lit route).

Room was clean and located on a higher floor, so relatively quiet (although could hear traffic noise in the morning). Breakfast offered a variety of choices, hot & cold. Located a few minutes walk from the Metro which gets you into Naples centre within 10-15 minutes, depending on what stop you get off.
