The location was ok but if I went back to Napoli, I would go closer to Centro Storico. The room was cheap and the staff made sure someone came to let me in on Christmas Day.

The reviews had me worried but I had no problem. I was allowed to check in early. My room was on the inside of the building but as I was hardly there it didn't matter. The bed was very comfortable. Room cleaned every day and towels replaced. TV had loads of channels but obviously mostly in Italian. Residence is on 7th floor. Lift was available. I thought it felt quiet and safe.
