The room we got was “De Filippo”, which was facing inside of the building and I was surprised that this wasn’t mentioned in the booking part initially as I wanted to look over the street from a balcony and I would have paid extra if I’ve known the difference. The bed was comfortable, the room was fairly clean - not suitable to walk barefoot and the bath was spacious. We had plenty of towels, shower gel and shampoo. There were little refreshments on the side as a welcome gift - a couple of drinks , peanuts, some water. There was no coffee or coffee machine. The location of the property is very central and is the best thing about the place.

The host Emanuele was in contact with us the whole time via whatsapp and assisted us with getting our way to the property. It is the best location consider the state of some of Naples streets. It is close to the Port taking you out to all the close by islands like Ischia, Capri etc. You can also get out from the Metro line in the same street as the property. The room is big as well as the shower. The bed was very comfy.

We loved everything about this hotel. The owner was incredibly responsive and helped us secure early check in. The location is great and the property is very safe. We loved our stay and will be back next time we’re in Naples
