Great value for money for a central Naples location. The room was simple but clean, with daily housekeeping which was a big plus. Air conditioning worked well. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated not being charged for a late arrival. Our room faced the internal courtyard so it was quieter despite being close to a busy road.

The location is very good. Lots of options for public transportation ( 2-3 minutes walking distance to Universita metro station and bus stops and 5 minutes walking distance to the port and Alibus stop - direct line from and to the Naples airport). 17 minutes waling distance to Chiaia district ( the main shopping street ) and very close to the Naples old city center. Very convenient. The personnel was friendly and tried to respond to all of our questions. The only challenge was the communication in English - we had to use Translator to communicate more effectively.
