A wonderful hotel that met—and in many ways exceeded—the expectations of a 4-star property. Staff were excellent, particularly Fredrica, whose service stood out. This was a last-minute find, but it proved to be well worth the stay. The rooftop restaurant used for breakfast is a lovely location, though it could benefit from a more modern style and extended opening hours beyond breakfast. It feels like a missed opportunity given the setting. A few small observations: the sliding bathroom door needs some maintenance (I actually caught my finger, which could have been serious—I did report this to reception). The outside location is very convenient for the railway station, but unfortunately the surrounding area does attract some unsavoury characters in the early evenings, which may feel intimidating, particularly for solo or female travellers. This is of course beyond the hotel’s control, but still worth noting. On the positive side, all requests were handled quickly, and the little snacks and water at reception are a thoughtful touch—though a slightly more hygienic setup would make it even better. Overall, this hotel was more enjoyable than the 5-star property I stayed at previously in central Rome. Highly recommended.

It was super close to station and clean. Bed was comfy and room size spacious for the cost. Jon Franco the receptionist was lovely in recommending how to see the city in the short time we had. Breakfast was also nice.
