These are really quite special rooms that continue the art deco feel of the area . Plenty of space with a nice balcony and parking space . The spa bath was a real treat. Just a few minutes from the main area this is a highly recommended stop over.

There was a lift even if it was a bit old. There was a safe in the room. It was clean and well organised. Free on site parking. Easily in walking distance to town.

Everything! Location awesome, city centre down the road, good car parks, view was stunning - ocean view, room was extraordinary super clean, spa bath was a bonus, balcony child proof as we had a 1 year old on the 2nd floor with us, best hotel we have stayed at ever!!!!!

It would be way better if there wasn’t a spa bath in the middle of the room… it smells and is gross that there is a spa bath but that’s standard for Napier I guess (outdated).

Hubby and I stayed for 2 nights.Friendly helpful staff.Would definatly stay again.Convenient location ,great offstreet parking and magnificent sea views.

Very good standard of accommodation which was clean and comfortable. The spa was a nice bonus. Easy access to the rest of Napier and the amazing Art Deco city.
