It was close to the marathon I was taking part in plus good location for great eating places on the marina.

Excellent location, close to restaurants, cafe. A lovely walk - about 20mins to Napier CBD. Room was very clean and spacious. Everything we needed for a self contained holiday. Free laundry is available and very handy. Check in was super easy and very friendly staff to help us navigate the area.
