Very clean and Joy was very friendly and helpful. Although it is a bit out of the main part of Napier it's only a short easy drive. Everything that you could need provided. Large supermarket and food shops nearby

Clean, comfortable and nicely appointed, very good ensuite facilities, comfortable bed and chairs. No kitchen, but plates, cutlery etc in a cupboard and they were taken away for cleaning. Close to supermarket and wide range of takeaway options.

The room was very attractive, clean and well maintained. The chairs were extremely comfortable, as was the bed. The staff were very obliging and it was greatly appreciated by my daughter and I. The outside lighting was discrete. There’s also very good coffee across the road!
