The room was very comfortable and clean, and the decor fitted the era of the hotel. It was a bonus to have the balcony to sit on. The little library on our floor was delightful and such a nice touch. The staff were very accommodating.

This hotel is a true treasure of historic style and luxury and lives up to its promises. Amazingly well-kept interiors and very comfortable rooms. Great outdoor balconies with ocean views accessible to all guests. Very friendly and competent staff.

we had the Mark Twain room. Lovely themed room very cool. Had breakfast both mornings in the hotel very nice and great selection. Wait staff were lovely too. Very friendly.
