The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.- For reservations made more than 1 week prior to arrival date, the deposit needs to be transferred within 24 hours of booking.
- For reservations made within 1 week prior to arrival date, the deposit needs to be transferred within 12 hours of booking.
- For reservations made 1 day prior to the arrival date, the deposit needs to be transferred within 3 hours of booking.
- For reservations made on the date of arrival, the deposit needs to be transferred within 1 hour of booking.For enquiries and requests regarding prepayment please contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation email.In case of typhoon-triggered land alarm, guests are entitled to full refund and postponement.Any other postpone requests will be fulfilled with the deposit charged.Clothes poles are available at the balcony for guests to hang clothes in each room.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
