There was no keybox entry for this property, our host sent a rep to meet us with the keys, she was very friendly and helpful, and spoke a little English. The apartment is modern and we enjoyed having a kitchen, and lounge after hotel rooms, much better for a family.

We had a great stay at Le Bienveillant. Great location, very clean and well prepared apartment including an outdoor balcony. Apartment is well equipped. Michelle who met us on arrival was very pleasant and helpful. Cocoon are very professional - good info before arrival etc. Impressed all round. No hesitation in recommending. Nantes is a great city to visit for a short break, and the apartment is a good base. We were very pleased.
