What a lovely surprise - tucked in a side street with no real “frontage” this hotel was absolutely lovely - our room was small but really nicely done. The man on reception was friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.

Hôtel de Guise. The personnel, Adam, Vincent, Nathan, Manon we all very helpful, kind and full of information. Especially Adam who checked us in. He gave us directions to the main attractions, dinner recommendations and made us feel welcome . He is perfect for his customer service role. Our room was romantic the bed and pillows very comfortable. The room very quiet for a relaxing night sleep. The air-conditioning so quiet you could not hear it. The breakfast was delicious with all the food that we needed. The location perfectly located near many restaurants and public transportation. Don't let the exterior fool you the interior is beautiful. Most important, the staff made our stay very special. Thank You for such a memorable stay
