Central location, just cross the street from Nanaimo Museum, close to glocery store as well The room has a mini fridge and a microwave. Good lighting and the bed is comfortable.

The location was good and the hotel itself is new which makes it comfortable. There is a well appointed gym. pool and spa.

The room was amazing! The bed was very comfortable and the room very quiet. This is our new favourite hotel to stay at when we come to town. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The location makes it very easy to get anywhere downtown quickly on foot. I am handicapped and the hotel parking had multiple disabled parking which I very much appreciate. have already recommended it to friends and family. Value for money is tops in my book.

A friendly and efficient check-in process and early access to our room which was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The en-suite bathroom was very good and the the hotel was very clean throughout. Breakfast was well presented with a good choice available.
