Excellent location, very private and peaceful home base. We went on so many adventures , mostly from the amazing book Jacob left for his guests! Wow! What an excellent source of information! We actually used the book for everything we did! The bed was very comfortable, and going to bed and waking up scenery was unbeatable. We will be back! Jacob is a great host! Plus we had everything we needed at the cabin!

We really enjoyed our stay here at this cozy cabin in a beautiful forest with a stunning view of the lake and mountain range on the other side. Our host was friendly, informative and accommodating. The cabin was equipped with all the modern conveniences one would expect in a modern home with many unexpected features that we enjoyed. Also the location is wonderful, just a 2km drive from the centre of Nakusp, but still with the feeling of being quite remote. We were very pleased with our stay and our host and plan to come back again for another stay the next time we are coming to the area.

The view was out of this world! Beautiful, well-appointed cabin with more than everything a person could need for their stay. Peaceful and perfect!
