Friendly staff especially the watchmen who helped carry our bags and get us extra duvets.Also the receptionist Bridget was friendly,professional and polite. The environment inside is serene and the rooms are warm and cosy.

Everything was wonderful. We had an issue with the requirement for an additional bed for our room, for my daughter but this was rectified. They were very responsive with every request. Recommended.

Their breakfast selection was great and the location was central and within proximity of all Nakuru attractions. Ambience around the property was excellent. Restaurant staff very friendly.
