Hotel staff was very nice and the service was great. The room was big and clean and it had a nice seating area where I enjoyed my morning coffee while enjoying the view.

Breakfast was good. Best Hotel Route-Inn I stayed in. Like the complimentary coffee in the lobby, coin laundry and public bath.

If you have a car, it's a nice central spot to travel to Nagano area ski fields such as Shiga Kogen, Madarao or Nozawa Onsen. They are all within an hour away.
