I want to start by saying this hotel was exceptional for our needs. I booked this hotel as a convenience factor for my partner and I, who I was meeting and staying with in Kenya, the facilities in the hotel were absolutely excellent for what we wanted, and we even stayed an extra day as well, so we could have as much fun in Nairobi as we could. We stayed in a deluxe room with a walk out balcony, excellent views, and the room and bed was large, comfortable with an excellent shower and bath and compliments for our stay. The breakfast options were sublime, with a variety of hot food, cold foods, cakes, treats, other cooked options like omelettes and eggs, as well as dairy, juice drinks, coffee and tea options. Always plenty of choice. The seating area was bright clean and modern and set a really welcoming and comfortable vibe. The staff across the board were brilliant, and special mention has to be made to the gentleman called Edwin. He was kind, accommodating, friendly, and also very understanding and helpful with the personal discussions we had about extending our stay for the benefit of both my partners comfort, and my own. He allowed for a deal to be made on cost which with the short notice, was very generous, so he deserves special mention and credit for this accommodation, thank you sir. Finally, the sense of security and ease of access and location as well was very reassuring, we never had any issues with locations for public transport/bolt/Ubers and we felt safe throughout. Overall, I'm so glad to have chosen this hotel and will absolutely choose again and recommend to others. It allowed me and my partner to have as much pleasurable and fun time together as possible, to really enjoy the 3 full days in Nairobi with doing as much as we had planned as possible. 10/10

Promptenss of the staff was great. They all remember me from the time I have been using this property for our stay. The location is great, closer to the airport, Westlands mall area for shopping and a very peaceful neighbourhood.
