The hotel is colocated with Pullman so you get the benefits of a great breakfast and their facilities while paying for a slightly cheaper room. The staff is also very friendly. The restaurant at Pullman is really good!

The staff were just fantastic and would go out of their way to help, even popping out late at night to grab you painkillers as an example.

I have been staying at this hotel for the last 16 years when it was first the Crowne Plaza. So I am familiar with the rooms and facilities that are there and that makes feel welcome
