Place was spacious, had a good restaurant downstairs, peaceful part of the city,

It was clean, very spacious, and had everything we needed, including cutlery and a knife in the kitchen, washing up supplies in the kitchen, and a combination washer/dryer. The service was fantastic, and the folks at reception were very helpful and informative. They always went above and beyond. At one point, the hot water broke in our building so the reception staff provided us with an empty apartment to shower in while the water was being fixed. There's a lovely cafe (Amka) downstairs which has wonderful staff, great coffee and delicious food. The grounds are very secure and the security staff were absolutely lovely - they even showed us a nearby food stand that we'd been smelling but couldn't find (the food there is amazing).
