This was my second stay at this apartment. I loved this apartment as it was very comfortable and clean, and everything was as described. The neighbourhood was very safe, quiet, and close to all amenities. Elizabeth, the owner/ proprietor, made time to message me and visit to make sure our stay was perfect and was always available for any questions. She even provided us with an extra key, which was great even though we accidentally broke it. The cleaner came in every two days and we had access to the washing machine which was awesome 👌. Overall, my stay was fantastic and I would definitely rebook this accommodation in future.

We did a very last-minute booking, and the host offered us another apartment nearby, since the one we had booked was not ready (understandably). The one we got was really nice (Silverstone Apartments): spacious, clean, quiet... and in front of many convenience stores (24/7), and walking distance to Yaya Centre. Wifi works well.

The staff was responsive. Having access to a washing machine was appreciated. The interaction with the staff worked well and issues could be sorted out in a mutually respectful way.
