Location of Claire's apartment is great. Secure area, close to the shops, fresh food from the street market - excellent 👌 20 minutes from the airport.

The apartment was well equipped with all the family needs to cook if they do not go to the restaurants. Washing machine available. Estate is monitored 24/7 by the security. Very safe. Staff is very helpful and so polite. Hospitality at the top level.

Claire goes out of her way to make her guests comfortable. She offers so many extras compared to all other facilities I've been to, eg, beddings change on each second day and assistance with the laundry on request, and all the extras are part of the package. The unit is fully equipped with all accessories for a comfortable stay.

Serene Environment, Staff were exceptional, Julie ans and Eva are Angels on earth. They went over and beyond to accommodate us outside business hours and were very flexible with booking arrangements. We will definitely recommend them and their bespoke service. I am looking forward to being hosted again by the pair either as an individual or with family.
