Short journey to hotel from JKIA (use the expressway it's only 250 KSH otherwise it takes much longer). Lovely hotel, modern, clean and staff are great. Have already booked my next stay with them.

Great location! The staff especially at the reception, are competent and professional. The facilities were clean and in good condition. The service at the restaurants was rather slow. We had to wait a while for the food, although when it arrived we were very pleased with it. The jikos are a good idea for those like me who feel the cold. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend best western.

The bed was comfortable and large, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to leave very early for a safari game drive, so they packed us breakfast in boxes with hot food and hot coffee. Also, the restaurant operates 24/7 which is really convenient if you arrive late at night starving.

The staff are so lovely, very helpful and do what they can to accommodate your requests. Rooms are comfortable. Food is good although service can be slow. Being able to use the pool at the Fairview was an added bonus.
