By far the best Pullman I've visited so far. The staff are extremely polite and accommodating. You are greeted with a delicious beverage upon arrival along with a hot towel. The attention to detail is overwhelming. The place is very clean. They make life so easy with the 24/7 golf cart service for wherever you need to be on resort. Highly recommend the breakfast-it is absolutely delicious and you get a wide variety of types of food.

5 star property in a very good area. Close to a beautiful swimmable beach, and very nice street of restaurants, bars, little shops, fruit sellers, etc. the hotel is stunning, facilities what you would expect from a top hotel. This is a second stay here and i would recommend the Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach as a luxury getaway for a few nights or a few more. I stayed in the Grand Ocean View room and it is spacious, luxurious and had a stunning ocean view. Excellent breakfast and Vero Italian restaurant deserves a special mention.

This is the best hotel in Phuket in terms of hospitality and service, quality of services, and comfort. Thanks to the excellent staff, I enjoy coming to this atmosphere of good energy and relaxation 3-4 times a year. The service is top-notch! The comfort is excellent! The food is delicious. And the staff pays attention to guests at every stage! I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Albert, the hotel's manager, for always providing a wonderful vacation and unforgettable emotions. He always ensures the best service, quality, and perfect coordination among the hotel staff.
