ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT 👏 We have traveled extensively. This was the most incredible experience. From the minute we arrived at Phuket Airport to the time of drop of to when left Phuket Airport was "A" grade first class. From the time we booked to the time we left, everything was handled in a professional 5-star 🌟 management. The rooms, the pool, the breakfast, the staff, the views EVERYTHING was. Nothing was too much for the staff and the general vibe of the hotel was so relaxed and peaceful and friendly and back in time

One of the best hotel stays I've ever had! The location was amazing, right next to Nai Harn beach. Rooms were spotless and had an excellent seaview. Buffet breakfast was superb with a wide range of choices. Staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout as well.

I absolutely loved my stay at this 5-star hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect — the staff were so kind, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was just amazing. What really touched me was how thoughtful and attentive the staff were. We had to leave very early in the morning to join a tour, and without us even saying anything, they had already prepared breakfast boxes and even packed our beach towels for the day. That level of care and attention made us feel truly special and appreciated. It’s those small details that make a big difference. I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you for such a lovely experience — I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a little bit of extra kindness!

I wanted a relaxing beach holiday and couldn’t have picked a better place. The staff go out of their way to accommodate any requests and are exceptionally polite. Listening to the waves crash against the rocks on the deck is stunning - equally having this soundtrack to your breakfast and dinner is what makes this place stand out. Also, coming from Melbourne, I don’t expect much from a coffee standpoint when I leave the city but here I was pleasantly surprised. Delicious oat lattes and iced brews available. On the food and drinks; I thought I wasn’t bothered if a place did a decent breakfast or not but The Nai Harn left me speechless: the best breakfast I’ve ever experienced on holiday. Never did I think I’d be able to pick from a smorgasbord of cuisines for breakfast, including house cured mackerel, chicken, salad and cornichons for breakfast (along with more familiar offerings such as eggs benny and pastries)! They even have an acai machine! Needless to say I’ll be back.
