The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Please note on Saturdays and the final day of Jewish holidays, check-in is approximately 1 hour after Shabbat ends. The guest can check in at 6:00 PM every Saturday and from Sunday till Friday the check in time is at 3:00 PM. Please note that the breakfast rate for two persons is 120 ILS.

The rooms are enormous with fridge coffee /tea making facilities and sink. Lots of cupboard and wardrobe space. Big bathroom with walk in shower. Staff are outstanding so helpful. Rita and Eric could not do enough to accommodate our family in 5 rooms here to celebrate my grandsons barmitzvah -

The position is excellent two minutes from train station Main Street and the mall Staff are pleasant. Liked the coffee and cake in lounge / reception area room are large airy clean and liked the walk in shower. Fridge and kitchen are a plus too

Very cozy, home-like hotel with good breakfast and pleasant arnosphere. Very hospitable team at the kitchen, ready to quickly serve you the fresh food. Very helpful service desk guys, polite and quick. Good room service, daily cleaning. Comfortable rooms with large bathroom and minikitchen. Coffee, water all day and afternoon sweets are provided for free for the clients.
