The location was perfect. The hotel staff were helpful, polite, friendly and provided extraordinary service. The room was very spacious and well-kept. The breakfast was good, but could have had more variety. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I will definitely book another stay here.

Exceptional Concierge Service I had a truly memorable experience, thanks especially to the outstanding service provided by Ms Shuizuka Hanashiro at the concierge desk. I had mentioned that I might have a free day for sightseeing, and asked for ideas on how to explore the island. Since the hotel doesn’t offer in-house private car tours, Ms Shuizuka had to check with an external travel agency for options. Despite the language barrier, she went above and beyond—without me even asking, she carefully prepared a detailed itinerary outlining 4-hour, 6-hour, and 8-hour tour options, complete with recommended stops and map highlights to help me visualize the routes. What touched me most was her thoughtfulness: she quietly slipped the documents under my door so I could review them when I returned to my room. Ms Shizuka's proactive, personalised service truly made me feel cared for and went far beyond what I expected. She is a wonderful asset to the hotel and made my stay all the more special.
