We received a free room upgrade, which at first seemed like a pleasant surprise. However, the upgraded room had no view, and this was personally very disappointing for me. We traveled a very long way to Okinawa, and while the room itself was spacious, it felt unfortunate not to have any view at all. I would have preferred to keep the smaller room with a view, but since the hotel was fully booked, a change was no longer possible. These things can happen, and while it wasn’t a complete catastrophe, it did leave us a little disappointed. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, and the beds were comfortable.

The parking system was a little confusing since we just wanted to check in and return our rented car. However, the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful in this regard. We were allowed to park for about an hour free of charge, which gave us enough time to get the car back and return it after checking in. The rooms were very nice and clean, and breakfast could be booked in advance, as there are two breakfast rooms on separate floors. The breakfast itself offered a wide variety of excellent food. All the staff were very welcoming.
