Location was just few steps from the beach. Beach access is between piers and far from public access = no crowd. House have a lot of space for work, rest and fun. Kitchen, dining room and living room is connected therefore there is plenty of space for family activity, discussions, etc. I personally like to have breakfast coffee on the porch and watch the ocean. Ocean view is quite narrow, but we saw dolphins from porch. House was clean and easy to check in and check out. Surrounding houses are mostly for rent as well, therefore nothing to say about neighborhood.
