The AC and temp isolation of this place were very nice, and very needed it turned out - the nights got really cold, but once you got inside it was lovely. We could do proper laundry here - they have both a washer AND a dryer - heaven! Beds were not too hard, not too soft, just right. Close to a couple of konbinis and to the station as well. It was just couple of nights that we spent in order to visit the Ghibli Park.

The property was large enough for a group of 6. It had all the kitchen equipment and electrical appliances needed to live independently like if you were at home. Would suit a family of 4, has some stuff for the kids. A large tv and projector. The owner/property manager was very nice and helpful. Also down the road from family mart and 7-eleven which is handy, and kasumori train station which was 5-10 minute walk.

It's a short drive to city centre, a few blocks away from a main road that has everything (convenient stores, petrol, restaurants, cafe etc). Property is cosy.

We had a comfortable stay. We appreciated being able to use laundry facilities and prepare simple meals. Parking at the front door was a bonus and we were able to access local grocery stores nearby. The train station was an easy walk and this allowed us to explore Nagoya.
