The staff (Hagi) was very helpful and welcoming, she went through everything that I'd need to know very clearly and her English was superb. Dormitory was clean and quiet and the bed was incredibly comfy. The roof access and view was nice overlooking the city. Great location for travelling around; metro stop was about 8 minutes walk. With loads of shopping and places to eat nearby as well as I think 4 stops from the castle I will certainly stay again. Also, hot water pressure is exceptional in the showers.

Quiet and clean for a cheap hostel. The staff where nice. Check out was at 10.00 but they let you stay in the common room on the first floor until 12.00 after checkout.

Receptionist staff is very friendly, giving very clear instructions when checking in. Room and bed is clean and comfy, and the common area makes me feel warm too!
