Great hotel, easy to reach from Nagoya Station. Staff was very nice and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better first few nights in Japan.

Loved everything about this hotel. Lots of freebies for personal care (from skin care to tea to pajamas) available at the entrance. Family mart is inside the building too although with specific opening hours. Staff service is good. They let me borrow flat iron for my clothes. Laundry and drying services available at a cost within the building also. Room is clean and with just enough space for me. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and few km away from Nagoya station.
