The fine print
Extra bed cannot be accommodated in the Standard Queen or Twin Room.Please note that the property only has 1 Standard Twin Room per floor. Guests booking multiple guestrooms will be allocated rooms in different floors, and requests to stay on the same floor are not accepted.For guests staying on the concierge floor:
- Children 12 years and younger can stay free of charge when sleeping in an existing bed.
- A surcharge of JPY 7,500 per day will apply for children between 4 to 12 years sleeping in existing beds.Children 12 years and younger can use the lounge until 19:00.Please note that children with diapers are not allowed in the pool and/or the hot tub.In the pool area, children 12 years old and below must be accompanied by an adult guardian who is at least 20 years of age. Please also note that the property gym is only available to guests 18 years old and above.

Excellent location — just a few minutes’ walk from Nagoya Main Station. The room facilities were great, and everything was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious.

The location is perfect for Meitetsu AirPort Express train. The underground and overground trains are also located at the location which is perfect for when we visit my family who live in Nagoya or we go on day trips on the Shinkansen etc, Also the shopping and Towers restaurants are all at hand and all under cover which is fantastic at any time of the year. The staff in the hotel are lovely. Kind and attentive. We particularly enjoy the Estmare bar

Good location, close to both JR and Meitetsu lines as well as the Meitetsu Bus Center. Surrounded by a wide range of shopping options, from casual to upscale, along with plenty of food, desserts, and brand-name stores. The room is clean, includes a bathtub, has adjustable air conditioning, and is quiet and peaceful. All essential amenities are provided, and the staff are very helpful.
