Location good. Breakfast offered good value for money. Some staff was professional, some other was not trained sufficiently. Room was in a good condition. Lounge with drink bar added value to the stay.

We stayed at the Espacio floors, it exceeded our expectations. Extremely clean, smells wonderful everywhere. The pool, spa, bath, sauna and gym were amazing. Lounge access package with our room was worth it. Airport limousine bus directly in front of the hotel and metro just a few mins walk away.
