We had a spacious room which was comfortable for our family of four. Our son had a birthday here and we enjoyed a delicious room service breakfast. It is a short taxi or train ride from the main station. We walked from here to the castle and the shopping district. We enjoyed the pool and spa too.

Very noisy room with children running up and down the hallway. Could hear lots of screaming and children playing morning, noon and night. Would not recommend for an enjoyable sleep. Beautiful view from the room though.

A beautiful hotel (with a pool which was great for the kids), however the location wasn't the best and we struggled to find a restaurant that would let us bring the kids in (we have two boys aged 4 and 7 and we were turned away from numerous restaurants and were told by the last one that it was because we had young children with us). The hotel itself is beautiful. Breakfast had a lovely selection but I found it very expensive. We only stayed for one night as we were in transit between Tokyo and Osaka.
