We were upgraded to studio room. Spacious. Clean and comfortable. Location was very near to Nagoya hills especially heading to our favourite shop Al Habaib by Hijrah selling middle east products. Breakfast choice is amazing. Thank you

Everything is good..Nagoya mall just behind. I bring my mom along she using pushchair its not incovenience using stair to go up and down..

Wasn't my first time here, but first time here with my kids and husband. I Hotel never disappoints. Truly appreciate all the help and extra mile from the service staff during an unfortunate incident, which required us to get to get to the hospital late at night. Their service was top-notch and left a lasting impression for us. Prior to booking, we had also requested a birthday set up, which the hotel did not disappoint. The food was good, the service was remarkable and the facilities were clean. All you ever need for a good stay. Will definitely be back.
