Staff were super friendly, complementary transport to and from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. Went during a relatively slow tourist season and staff upgraded my room to the suite which was really kind of them.

Convenient as transport provided for pick up and send off to the ferry terminal. Breakfast was also good with a variety of spreads.
