It’s sometimes difficult to compare hotels in different cities. As a town with unbelievably great sites like the Taj Mahal, set in a city which is smelly and dirty, has a problem with dogs and monkeys, expects visitors to pay over the odds for accommodation and catering, it’s hard not to feel ripped off. The staff were pleasant and friendly.

The staff was incredibly courteous, and the room was clean and comfortable. For a 3-star hotel, the service was exceptional. Definitely worth it!
