Beautiful hotel. Would prefer to have shower facilities in the room....but you get used to it. Food is great. Spotless hotel. Nice staff.

Very well located in the center of town. Walking distance to facilities and places to see. Konbini right next door with access from the hotel. Service was excellent. Room was very spacious and amenities were great.

AMAZING! A short walk from the train station, a sbus and street car access across the street. The bed was Comfortable, breakfast was amazing, a great variety of local and international food, restaurant located on the 15th floor with amazing views. The onsen was clean, we'll equipped and a real treat. We noticed a wait line to enter the breakfast area, when we left, so you might want to arrive early. The staff at reception was kind, and provided all the information we needed. They went out of their way to help with language storage.
