The baths on the 5th floor were outstanding. The convenience store, with its own entrance, was a nice touch. The staff were super helpful.

The view from the restaurant on the 15th floor was absolutely amazing. Also so much choice and so tasty. The onsens were so big and plenty of choice of temperatures.

Great place to stay. Very nice hotel with 24 hour reception. The place is close to the train station and bus and train stops. It is close to all the attractions. I highly recommend it.

Location close to the station and trams was great. Comfortable clean hotel with pleasant helpful staff. Good breakfasts.
