We completely enjoyed our stay in The Happo! Staff were excellent. Overall great location with a lot of eateries, convenience stores within walking distance. The family suite was spacious, clean , well maintained with pretty mountain views

Centrally located with complimentary transfers to the various ski resorts. Onsen and laundry facilities were excellent, and the rooms spacious. Would certainly stay at The Happo again.

This place is amazing and live to the expectation. However, the staff could be more friendly and hospitable. The room is a bit small, but the onsen in the hotel is amazing. The area Happo one is also amazing with alot of nice and walking distance restaurants and establsihments. Would book it again because of convenience. The restaurant (clubhouse) has an amazing staff and nice iced match latte. Overall, 8.5/10.

The staff was super nice! The bed is amazingly comfortable and the transfer system was really hepful for us. The dry room is superb and very organized. Close to all the main spots in the downtown.
