Excellent staff always will to help out. Great location only a few mins walk to Nagano station. Beds comfortable and onsen was good with men’s having a view over the city.

Hotel is well located, close to the main train station but in a quiet area. The room was clean, with basic amenities and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast included in the room rate; simple but delicious (soba bowl and a few sides to choose, tea and coffee). Complimentary hot/cold beverages available 24/7 for customers. Public bath within the premises, in the top floor. Small but very handy. The staff was outstanding. The size of the single room is Japanese average.
