Very nice staff. Short work to the station and was very clean. This is more your business type of travel hotel. Overall a pleasant stay.

Excellent service, clean rooms, good Japanese breakfast. Staff do not speak much English but go all out of their way to accommodate (often with help of AI translators on our phones 😄) but they are enthusiastic in ensuring our stay is excellent. We stay in the tatami rooms, which were very clean, meticulously laid out and really comfortable.

The staff were really welcoming and helpful with our stay. Room was a great size for 2 people with 3 suitcases and really nice facilities. Bath is probably a little smaller, 6ft2 difficult to fit. 5ft9 was able to comfortably. Its a slightly older hotel and aimed more towards businessman there for conferences but as travellers we found it quite nice
