A very western style hotel with a very large room for Japan. Everything worked well and staff very helpful. Enjoyed the muffin in the late afternoon and sampling sake in the evening. Very convenient for the station which had p,entry of eateries, shops etc. The purpose of my stay was to see the Snow monkeys that was very straightforward. East luggage storage in the foyer.

Well located and well priced. Good help with reception on fixing tv so could watch Netflix and you tube in English. Free saki in reception lounge.

Room size is bigger than usual japanese hotels. There are snacks and wide range of tea bags and coffee provided at lobby, which has made your stay more pleasant
