The service was excellent, we appreciated the onsen and the breakfast. The welcome cakes on arrival was a nice touch.

They provided free cake everyday of the stay. Rooms were large and had lots of space to fit our luggage. They also had coin laundry on our floor which was very convenient

Located not far from the Nagano train station. The hotel and its room is huge with reference to Japanese standard. They offered welcome cake and drinks, unlimited ice lollies and ice cream, even a goodbye treat when you check out. The onsen provided on the top floor provided a good place to relax.
