“The staff at APA were very helpful. The facilities are very clean. We especially loved the laundry.”

Location was great. We carried quite a few luggages. It was so helpful to be able to get to the station within minutes. Major department stores & many good ramen shops take less than 5 minute walks. If we come to Nagano again, we'd book our stay at APA again.

We loved everything about our stay here, we were honestly quite surprised. After reading some critical reviews I was having some doubts, but we were really happy with the size of the room, views, bed, bathroom, location, and staff. Absolutely nothing to complain about, would stay here again when in Nagano.
