Great set-up, lots of room for multiple guests. 4 double/queen bedrooms plus a bonus room with 2 singles. Big couches, nice bathrooms, table outside, large dining table inside, microwave, dishwasher and full laundry. Disappointed that the oven didn't work, there was no gas bottle for the BBQ (made cooking difficult) little things such as no dishwasher tablets, not enough clothes hangers , no electric ignition on stove or lighter supplied. TV would be great moved to second living room or a second TV put in there just to cater for big groups and kids, rather than all in the one zone. Beds comfortable, to varying degrees, some investment in mattresses in some of them would be good. Overall, it was a great set-up for large group, with enough room.

The property was much more spacious than I thought it would be. Clean, new and in a quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the lake. Bonus access to the pool and tennis court.

It’s a huge and new house within 2 mins walking to the lake and 7, 8 mins walk to the water park, play ground and BBQ by the lake. Love the location, the house itself ( actually a 5 br house with further additional beds ). The host is very responsive ( not that we had any issues). 100% recommended.
