The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they always fulfilled our requests quickly. When we noticed that the safety box was missing from the room, they arranged to install one very quickly, which we really appreciated. Overall the stay was comfortable and the staff made the experience very pleasant.

I love its the location because the Mall is just infront of the hotel. The Breakfast is totally delicious and it has varieties everyday. The Staff are all friend, even the guards are all polite, they always open the door for you and they always greet you everytime they see you. My room has a view of the majestic Mt. Isarog!
